tinybuilder

Privacy

tinybuilder is built for children aged 8–11. Protecting them is the product’s first principle, not a footnote.

What we store

Children are pseudonymous. We never ask for or store a child’s real name, age as a number, location, school, photo, email, or phone. The only piece of personal information we hold is a parent’s email address, and only after a grown-up chooses to create an account. A child can build and save work with no personal information at all.

No tracking, no ads

No third-party analytics, no advertising, no behavioural profiling. App play counts are aggregate only — we never track who played what.

Cookies

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie is a single sign-in cookie for a parent’s account; a child’s session is kept in their own browser, not in a tracking cookie.

Parent controls

A grown-up can view their child’s published apps, approve or reject publishing, and delete the account and all associated data at any time from the grown-up dashboard. See the for-grown-ups page.
